I don't think agree with a lawsuit, but I am still surprised that we could not contact anyone over there to warn them. Don't they have CNN? Remember how soon after the quake was posted on FR, that a FReeper asked about a possible tsunami? I continue to be amazed how fast FReepers are compared to the "Professionals".

That is because a number of freepers got the emails generated by the earthquake center.
