Because there are 5.4 million jobs that are "in-sourced" to America. They are mostly Union jobs and if we stopped "out-sourcing" altogether then our trading partners would reciprocate.

Maybe, their supports also do it as well. Larry Ellison, CEO of Oracle outsources to India. I have a friend that works for them in Orlando, FL. From what he told me, they have not a pay raise in 4 years. Not even a Cost of Living Adjustment. In addition, they had their flex time taken away. It use to be they had to meet their core house of 10 to 2 but their work time is now, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Hardly any time to enjoy the daylight after work. They are also located here in Colorado Springs, still the same rules. You have 3 hours of daylight to enjoy before and after work in the Summer. Not much time if you want to play a round of golf or do some bike riding.

Because...they CAUSED it...for the most part.

Companies are leaving for reasons such as exhorbitant taxes, high salaries/benefits, unions, excessive government regulations (i.e. OSHA, EPA, etc.) and EEO regulations.

The vast majority of these are Democrat creations or inspirations; given free reign, the liberals would tax and regulate us into obscurity. This mass migration of jobs is the culmination of 40 years of democRAT rule.

Another is the "diploma mill". Low cost/free education is a great thing for people who really want an education. However, some just want the "paper". This is why we see job ads for college graduates starting at $10.00 per hour. Many of the college grads today are still at high school sophmore level when they get out.
