To the tune of Lloyd Price's "Stagger Lee"
...Forty-Three went to the White House
And he stood across the White House door
He said, nobody move!
And he pulled his Forty-four...

If he is a good soldier.

You claim a long list of potential GOP candidates.

I am a hard-core, Christian GOP conservative that will support any GOP that faces a Dem in the final run, but I really think we are cooked if we go into 08 without an incumbent.

Hillary will have the entire media infrastructure working for her and the next 4 years to pretend to be a moderate.

I may be totally wrong but I wonder if MEN are ready to elect a woman for President in our country.

I just watched Jocelyn Elders praising Hillary earlier on Fox news but as much as she likes Hillary, we dislike her more.

Condi is terrific but I wonder if the time is come yet??

Why is the "Senators can't get elected President" rule never applied to Comrade Hillary?

Because Comrade Hillary has already served two terms...as President.

Bears repeating:

One thing she can't avoid-the Life issue. The Republican Party is a Pro-Life Party. She has to get right with the Party on this issue, period, or she ain't going anywhere. That's just the bottom line.

No pro-abortion Republican will ever take the White House. The big-tent proponents are either seriously stupid or vile provocateurs. There is no such thing as a "moderate" view on this issue...

That is exactly right, and it is doable. Here's the problem for Republicans, while Condi has flaws, guys like Frist are spineless wonders and McCain is a lunatic. So before everyone dismisses Condi, think about some of her competition.

Condi has nixed the idea of a run for the Senate or the White House in the past -- doesn't want to lose her privacy is near the top of her reasons why.

The big clue will come in the next 2 years. If she gets married, it means she's going to go for it.

Not necessarily. Look, Hillary is as butch as they come. That's an open secret in DC. That's not gonna stop her. Condi simply may be one of those women who enjoy the company of men without the committment of marriage. She strikes me as a woman who is simply too overwhelming an individual for the ego of any one man.

The only reason Bill was able to tolerate Hillary was because theirs was a classically arranged marriage. What's refreshing about Condi is that she doesn't go for that fakery.

Being single and fetching, especially at Condi's age, has its own cachet. Remembr who Condi's opposition will be: Ol' Battleaxe.

It sure as hell worked for Elizabeth I. Essex, Burleigh, Raleigh, and a whole host of other fops were falling all over themselves for the hand of Good Queen Bess.

There is nothing so formidable in this world as femininity matched with intelligence and a sense of restraint.

Be Seeing You,

Chris

If Condi is going to survive the Republican primaries, she is going to have to be compatible with middle America's religious and married women.

That was a nice looking older male escort she had at the Inauguration, BTW.

Arranged marriage, prince consort, friendly beard, or whatever, Condi has to have a husband before she runs or the MSM will drag her ancient and recent private life through the mud.

And this may be why she hasn't been willing in the past to even consider running for public office.
