In other news, more lawsuits were filed recently. Plaintiffs were told they were part owners of the Brooklyn Bridge, oceanfront property in Arizona, and swampland in Florida....

I'm sure the penis enlargement industry operates under the assumption no one will sue because they don't want their name on public record, but it was bound to happen sooner or later...

This is a growing problem. Inflated claims of products with dubious potency are a rising source of consumer fraud. Legal barriers must be erected to prevent unsuspecting people from getting the shaft.

But last year, the Center for Science in the Public Interest filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission saying the maker of Enzyte had not backed up its claims with science.
Their claim was dismissed for lack of errr....evidence.
