One of these days I'm going to share my legendary corn chowder with you folks and maybe even my "medicinal chocolate cake." (Eat it, it will make you feel better.) At 55, I weigh what I did in highschool (165), have what my physician admits is clinically low blood pressure, cholesterol of a teenager and eat whatever pleases me which is just about everything although I abominate breakfast cereals and am indifferent to most vegetables. (I don't really know why I shared that information with you but it seems almost mandatory on threads of this nature.)
