Man, that sounds good! My favorite no-no meal is of Hungarian origin. Take a piece of fat back bacon, put it on an iron skewer, slowly roast over an open fire until the grease starts to drip. Put the drippings on fresh rye bread, add lettuce, tomato, onion, salt and pepper, more grease to taste. Continue to make pieces of greasy bread from the bacon until the slight bit of meat is cooked, cut that off and eat it. Roast the bacon until all the fat is gone from the rind. Eat the rind. Peppers can be roasted with the bacon if you like. Grew up eating this manna from heaven. That is probably why I no longer have a gall bladder.
