Jogger Kidnapped, Sexually Assaulted (Redwood City, CA)

REDWOOD CITY (BCN) -- Police are searching for three men suspected of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a female jogger at gunpoint in Redwood City on Thursday morning.

About 11:15 a.m. Thursday, the 23-year-old woman was jogging in the area of Massachusetts Avenue and Alameda de las Pulgas when two men forced her into a white, full-sized cargo van driven by a third man, police said.

The woman was sexually assaulted inside the van and released about one hour later in the same neighborhood, according to police.

The two men who forced the alleged victim into the van are described as Hispanic men in their mid-20s. One is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and about 140 pounds. The suspect with the handgun is said to be approximately 6 feet tall with a thin build. The driver of the vehicle is described as Hispanic, in his mid-20s.

Anyone who recently witnessed suspicious individuals or activity in the neighborhood is asked to call Detective Eric Acha at (650) 780-7100.

I know the neighborhood well. I lived briefly with my folks about a mile away in Woodside Hills back around '77 and then they lived for several years on the other side of Woodside in Atherton when my new wife and I had moved on to San Carlos (not really different, just a few miles north).

This was always a "nice" neighborhood, but of course Woodside Road through Redwood City and down to El Camino has lots of low rent (relative to the rest of the area) apartments, so it's not like it was way back then.

Our last place in the bay area was up off of Skyline Drive in Pacifica. The main memory I have of that area is the fog, which was actually a God send, as I had my first eye operation while living there and was REALLY light sensitive. The fog shielded me from constant pain. Of course it also made Skyline one of the favorite dumping grounds for gang victims.

Black victims were usually killed by Hispanic gangs and vice versa. Chinese gangs usually killed each other (except when they screwed up, like the Jo Boys at the Golden Dragon massacre) and the Filipino gangs killed darn near anyone.

I wonder if that's changed much since then?

One, because the perps are still at large and thus all aspects of their description are helpful in tracking them down. Two, because by highlighting white-on-other crime and downplaying other-on-white crime, the Chron is furthering a cultural Marxist agenda. Now, of course both of these points are obvious to you. Yet you pretend otherwise. So my question to you is: What is your agenda, and why do you pretend to be stupid to further it? Why don't you just come out and say what you really mean? What is wrong with you?

In any case much worse crimes have been committed by white,
US Citizens. Richard Speck, Green River serial killer, Son of
Sam, Boston Strangler, etc. come to mind.
