I have not had the best experiences with Best Buy.

Customer service sucks. I wasted 4 hours two days before Christmas fighting traffic (a 15 mile trip), waiting in line and arguing with the manager when I went to pick up an item for my son they said was in stock & would hold for me. When I got there they said "Don't know who told you that, we haven't had that in for a long while." I knew all the arguing would not make one appear. Even though I was diplomatic and retrained, I made sure the other customers in that line heard me. The best they could do was "Sorry!"

Of course this man should be punished to the fullest extent of the law, as he is scum. I in no way reccomend his course of action, but if his rage was towards Best Buy, I know where the his rage is coming from.

That's what it appears to be to me.

One guy hit in the leg, possible a fragment, and another cut by some busted glass.

heavy set guy in a flannel shirt.

hell, the customers had him bagged before the cops even got there and they are setting up cordons, a command post tent in the parking lot. SWAT teams mobilized!

I just don't know??????????????????????

Then may I suggest http://www.bestbuysux.org/. You'll love the customer testimonials.
