Chief Moose was told by several witnesses the shooters were black. But he REFUSED to report it. Absolutely REFUSED. I saw some of the witnesses on television moments after two of the shootings. So don't pretend that we don't remember what we clearly saw.

My point is that at no point did Moose state that the suspects were white men or to BOLO for white men in connection with this case. That's absolutely false, but that falsehood is routinely repeated on FR.

It was all the white van or white truck stuff.

What turned out to be a problem was people witnessing the REAL shooter vehicle in one of the early shootings (the day before the story broke with the series of shootings in Montgomery County)...however with those shootings people claimed to have seen a white truck.

Moose went with that description only. And once that was publicized people saw a white van or truck at EVERY Shooting (of course white vans and trucks are very common) and so you had more and more sightings of the mythical white truck or van piling up.

Chief Idiot was told that black men were involved in the sniper case by eyewitnesses. He would NEVER report that.
