Injuries to the hand he got from taking that nasty fall while riding at the ranch...

Our son, a marathon runner, had knee surgery so started biking seriously.
He still loves to run, but the biking IS a rush. Lots more miles covered. Nice scenery.......
(Not that the President actually NEEDS a rush...... I think his life is fairly exciting as it is.....:)

"Excellent Raspberry Sundae and those pebble noogies are harsh."LOL! Yeah......those are some deep wounds in the palm of his hand.........which would have been avoided with gloves. Bet he uses them now.
The funny thing is, he had some kind of press appearance the next day after that, and you could see the make-up not quite successfully covering the raspberries on his nose and chin.
Looks like a little kid like that.

If his knewws were really ruined, he wouldn't be biking either. I admit it's easier on them, but that constant flexing of the knee joint isn't a picnic.

I love biking too, but I only do that during warm weather. It's a nice feeling for sure.
