I suppose...but I had male gym teachers too, so it was six of one and a half dozen of the other. My school district was an excellent one though, and all of them took their responsibilities as teachers very seriously.

No..it's not six of one, half dozen of another.....When a gay woman is a "girls gym" teacher...she can walk thru the locker rooms, and could easily observe students in various stages of dress, or undress as it may be.....Whereas a man "girls gym" teacher could not.

IF, you are a woman and you are attracted to women....you shouldn't be allowed a "free pass" to look at naked or partially dressed young women.

It is that way in the school districts I have been in too. None of my gym teachers were gay. If we would have even said the word, they probably would have made us run 50 laps. Not all male-acting females are lesbian either. However, I'm not going to stay around to find out--don't ask, don't tell.
