LOL so so true! To believe they are born that way, one must also believe they have no choice in what they act on. If that were so, the person who cheats on a spouse, was born that way. The woman who finds herself pregnant and unmarried, was born that way, she couldn't control what she felt.

Also a wise Pastor once tole me, marriage is about more than just love, it's about a promise to love, through all life's ups and downs. He further reiterated, that everyone at a specific point, albeit unconscious one, decides to love another person. With that in mind, love is also a choice, as is WHO you love.
