A) How would this Fair Tax affect the native american nations that have set up shop and refuse to pay any state tax? The Fair Tax does not affect state taxes at all.

Here in central NY we have the Onieda Nation. They started with a bingo hall and evolved into a mega casino entertainment complex featuring golf courses, hotel and retail gas and cigarette outlets.

They're buying up land by the hand full and claiming it to be sovereign. I would suspect they would be exempt from the fair tax start selling everything.

Maybe my point is they're a perfect example of what one can due when they are not burden with taxes.
