Fox needs all the alliances he can get.

"What we have is a bad public official who committed an illegal act," Deputy Attorney General Gilberto Higuera Bernal told a meeting of border state prosecutors this past week.

I*m shocked. Who would have thought there were any corrupt officials in Mexico, our good neighbor to the south? I*m so glad our *leaders* have sealed our borders so none of that slime will ooze across our border. < / sarcasm >

I think we (US) should outsource the solution to the problem to the old Deptartment 13 of the old KGB. I understand there are a lot of them out of work and looking for a job still.

The leader of that cartel that is. The 4 plastic surgeons were found murdered shortly after -- so no one knows what really took place.
