This was rebroadcast on Saturday evening and I watched a few minutes of it. WC does not believe in free speech for people with other opinions. A supporter of the Columbus Day Parade (an Italian-American, probably) asked about whether he had a first amendment right and WC told him no, because WC's rights under the ninth amendment took precedence. The reasoning was preposterous but the point was that WC believes Columbus was a bad guy and no one has the right to disagree with that.

And yet the ACLU defends this guy who would deprive others of their right to free speech. Just goes to show what Churchill AND the ACLU are all about.
