Can't one be sued for discrimination for not hiring graduates of a certain college? I appreciate your idea, but have you talked to a lawyer about this?
Nice idea. Simply say that the university may be accredited, but we as employers are not required to recognize UC as a valid institution of education when Ward Churchill is an example of what is practiced.
