Sorry, my cynicism is running high today: "Nobody gives a crap anymore".

Politicians and corporate indentured servant employers know there is another warm body on its way - in a truck - through the desert - under a train. No mattere how sick they get there's always a new one coming.

I have brought up testing new employees where I work, at the least, for TB. I am told that is a violation of their rights.

When does this disdain for the health and future for America end?

It is a law here in the U.S. to provide employees to a safe and healthy work environment. The person that tells you that it is against their rights to test them for anything is either lying to you, doesn't know their own rights, too lazy to take it higher up, or doesn't want to fork out the money for testing. The law in the U.S. says that any company that wishes, can test any employee for whatever they may deem that might be harmful to other employees for their and others safety.
