Oh the horror stories I could tell this mother. She needs to fight this. Don't let it remain on the child's record. It can come back to bite you.

Of this is a stupid, malicous thing for the school to do. I just hoinestly don't understand what danger is posed by a small demerit on a first grader's "permanent record."
