Churchill has some power because of the AIM Dog Soldiers who are the security/enforcement arm of AIM. They cause violence on the reservations and may do the same thing in Boulder. They are AIM's Brown Shirts. These Dog Soldiers are also drug dealers and burglars. The police and FBI need to find if there are Dog Soldiers Boulder. The Indians see Churchill has AIM security around him when he speaks. People are afraid of Churchill. Probably there are Dog Soldiers in his classes and all over the school and town. If there are no Dog Soldiers around, people won't be afaid to exercise their free speech. The Dog Soldiers don't just protect AIM leaders, they also enforce what AIM orders. Now, when you say "AIM", I hope you are talking about the Denver "AIM" idiots, and not the Grand Governing Council and NAIM... I doubt the GGC is providing him bodyguards...
