There is an old line from a movie, maybe it was Urban Cowboy?? (or Midnight Cowboy).
It goes something like this... "All they have are steers and queers and I haven't seen anyone with horns yet".
HOUSTON??? Uh-oh! This is getting too close to home! Actually, this means that more pressure will be applied to the congress critters and state reps to pass the propper legislation to control the issue or be voted out of office next election.
