How could it be "off the record" when they showed Clinton's whole interview on the News Channels? So, it is only off the record when it is someone that says something that gets him in trouble?
Some forums were on, some were off the record.
Journalists who attended said it WAS NOT announced that this was off. It was held in a conference room listed for "on the record" forums. Now they say it was off the record.
It will be interesting to see if the tape gets released now.
