Well .. my 2 senators are Boxer and Feinstein. I don't let that stop me. More than one time I have left Boxer's staff speechless. If you don't complain - they will think you agree .. complain anyway.
Most congress people have local offices - that's where I make my calls, or you can call FREE 1-877-762-8762 and they will connect you directly to your congress criters' office.
LOL! Actually, I don't let it stop me, either. At least I have all those franked envelopes to get the fireplace started in the fall....
