Hmmm - ever since the Mary J case in the Nothwest these cases are getting tons of press & showing up more and more. We had one down here in the Tampa area a few months back.
Did that case open a flood and other women begin thinking about it?
What ever the case one things seems to be simular - all the women at the time were RED HOT on my "BABE" scale. In the other two cases imagine being the husband.....Got left for a 13-14 year old!
I think this case the teacher was dumped and she turned her attention elsewhere.

Reminds of football coach in High School. He was 24 years old, had played 2 or 3 years as a safety in the USFL, and every single girl in the school was madly in lust over him. Would it been OK for him to sleep with the girls, "because they wanted it", of course not. Would it have harmed the girls, probably not, it would not have been the first sexual experience for most of them. You have to set rules for all teachers, otherwise what happens when a Homo gets into some poor confused 13 year old? Well the kid enjoyed it, etc. you let the hot chick off, you're discriminating.

Trust me, they're not all perfect. Some of them are "conservative" cuz of "freedom" - they think that means freedom to spew all low, base, ill-mannered words and thoughts and (gulp) print matter. Actually, in their minds, "freedom" really means "unfettered uncriticized expression" about same base matters, alot like liberals. IOW, any1 who says they *don't like it* (as opposed to being arrested!) is somehow stomping on their freedom. They honestly think, e.g., that porno magazines would be perfectly approved by the Founders.
He is going to be scarred for life because of this controversy...Do you really believe a 13 yr old is emotionally mature enough to be having sex--especially w/ an adult? That is the reason statutory rape laws exist--to protect minors. Do you suggest we get rid of them if the teacher passes the "hot test"?
