Why not? Are lawyers now considered to be above the law? Lawyers should be held accountable for their actions the same as everyone else.

These clowns preach violent, uncompromising, "take no prisoners' revolution, then when someone calls them on it, they claim that it's nothing but hot air, without meaning or consequence, and that they are just everyday folks, like Caspar Milquetoast, only with a different outlook on life. Much as they have spent the past 70 years denying the slaughter that is Communism in practice.
The problem is that communism and communists are real, and civilized people are no longer willing to stomach their hateful destruction. And lets' face it, Stewart's embracing of these Islamofascist terrorists was ultimately intended to hasten the revolution, by helping to strike a blow against the empire.
