I think there is a reason mens brains are fractionally faster than womens -- men were (historically) out hunting animals, and in that situation a fraction of a second can mean the difference between having food, or being food.
I doubt the fractionally faster response times mean anything in terms of overall intelligence.
Why is it okay to say that women see more shades of red, but not that men are faster thinkers?
