This lady is obviously seriously mentally challenged. I don't think a dime should be wasted on her prosecution - She should just be shunned and that's the end - Why waste time and money pursuing this?
I agree this person has emotional problems,but she should be prosecuted.What's she gonna get?Probation,house arrest?A judge would probably order counciling as well.An example needs to be set.
