As always, the UN gets it wrong. It is pointless to speculate whether this disorganization does any good at all...because they don't. They are worse than useless.

Well I was in a good mood till I read this :( But it seems to me that the women and children are being blamed for the rape by families and are grudgingly accepted as if they were baggage. It doesn't make sense to me.
