What will be curious to find out is how Ward Churchill designated his race on applications to Illinois Central College and Sangamon State. Dan Caplis and Craig Silverman on KHOW speculated that he probably used 'White' on any applications.

The more he is identified with the Democrats and the left in this country, the better off we are. Ward Churchill is a low life scumbag who should be considered an asset to all of us. After all... He is a darling of the left, yet his views are shared by less than 1% of the American People, but nonetheless he is identified with Ted Kennedy and Nancy Pelosi and they call the shots among the RATS :-) :-)

He has to put up more than his honorary Cherokee card to get out of this, provided the ones deciding his case even raise the issue. The good thing is if they use grounds like lying on an application then it will be very hard for him to win a suit against the University.

Churchill has claimed he is three-sixteenths Cherokee but has never provided any documentation to support the claim.

What does that mean? He had three grandparents who were a quarter Cherokee? Even if he wasn't lying, that's still a flimsy claim to Indian heritage. Everyone where I'm from has a little Cherokee in them.

I just spent 5 days in the Marxist people's paradise of Laos. A trip there is very much like going back 100 years in time. Luang Prabong is as beautiful and historically rich as anywhere I have ever been and the people are culturally inclined to be friendly and open. From a economic, health, freedom, and communications aspect, the country is a basket case. Luckily, basic family oriented agriculture and business is healthy because, nothing else beyon the tiny tourist industry exists. It isn't as bad a Burma where the government is killing off a large portion of their own population but it isn't good either.

I am sure Ward Churchill would love it there. Unfortunatly, I don't think the Lao would want him. They are too interested in bettering their lives.
