And what cost benefits would those be?

Recent reports show this will cost significantly more in the short term and there will be no savings until at least 2024.

I admittedly have not studied his plan but I was comparing some of the plans out there to the many 401k plans etc. Most other plans use Insurance Companies instead of mutual fund admin and their third party administrators....I've seen alot of redundant offerings within a plan package. Let's put it this way, maybe I spoke too soon about how much the savings would be since it is still a state run bureaucracy but the plans are not nearly as efficient as many 401k defined cont. plans and they in some instances are way more confusing
