Apparently, the Arab world has its version of the National Enquirer.

I wonder if Palistinian housewives read it while standing in line at the local Piggly-Wiggly to buy 7.62x39mm ammo, molotov cocktails, and C4 for their husbands and sons.

Actually, this sort of stuff is more like an official press release or position paper from the Iranian government.  As all Iranian media is tightly government-controlled, nothing goes out over Iranian airwaves or print media that isn't approved of and backed by the 'government' there.

All MEMRI does is translate....what you're seeing is the viewpoint of the Iranian government.

Please, there are no Piggly-Wigglys in the Palestinian territories. They go to the Suicide Emporium and Arms Bazaar.
