IMO, some people's heads aren't on straight or they're just naive enough to vote for head-bobbers.
Tossed to and fro just like the wind.
Or like a branch of our family tree who were "generational" Democrats. Would have voted Dem if a serial killer was on the ticket. Didn't matter .. just had to vote Dem.
