Earth was under attack between two forces. One was the Space Command and one was the Martian Command. Hey...it could've happened...I mean, I'm my own grandpa. Stranger things have happened.

how Earth is a prison planet that's been used as a dumping ground for interstellar riff-raff. There's no more wretched hive of scum and villany.

I have a brother that was sucked into this evil, that was bad enough but he also dragged his children down to hell with him.

... as prophesized in Revelations in the New Testament
Pet peeve of mine when others comment about Christianity and can't even get the name of the book correct. John had one Apocolypse - one Revelation.

The last time I remember hearing anything like that was someplace/time in the '60's, having dropped a couple of beauties on top of acid, drinking beer to maintain moisture in my mouth and smokin'
something, I suppose to have something to do with my hands ....
and the question among about eight or nine of us phreaks was ... "What is time?"
End result?
One to three days lost in the ozone, a splittin' headache that lasted a week, I gained a girlfriend or lost one ... can't remember which, and the most addled mind I thought had been expanded.
Oh yeah .... what is time?
blah blah blah ....

Oh yeah .... what is time? You should say ... "What is the time?" [Durned furriners. Grumble, grumble] It's 10:20 where I live.

"Well trained Scientologists not only believe this"
All Scientologists are well trained. They believe what they are told to believe. They never truly cross "the bridge" as there always seems to be another bridge popping up after the last one costing more money. What a scam. When you have low self esteem and want to "help people' you'll believe just about anything.

"They don't do those things to you for insulting their religion"
"said that when he looked into Hubbard's eyes, he felt as if he were gazing into pure evil."
The LA Times did a great expose on Scientology and Dianetics back in 1989. In it the writers detailed many cases of the "church" exacting revenge against current and former members for perceived crimes. The stories were enough to scare the writers into using pseudonyms for their bylines and it made my skin crawl to think that they had that much power and the brazenness to use it in the ways described by former members.
These are very scary people who will do anything to protect the money power pole that is Scientology.

They actually got our Federal Tax monies in the form of grants to help set up counseling for the people around ground zero. At the last AAFP (American Academy of Family Physicins) meeting I went to they had a booth on the exhibition floor. I got their free book(bible), I tried to read it but it made absoultely no sense. I mean one sentence to the next did not connect.
