The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing [sic] Senators... What do you think the odd are this would actually be used to prevent election fraud? Nil.
This isn't about finding and expelling illegals, or keeping them out of polling places. This is about bagging and tagging the sheeple.

You know what the number one cause of paranoia is ...?
Feelings of guilt.
;>) Just kidding. But seriously...
I don't really think conservatives are out to get anyone, and even most liberals are merely conspiring to gain personal power, wealth, fame and influence. Most of them are not really thinking "Hmmmm, how can I lay the foundation for a tyrant to take over when my grandchildren are grown". It doesn't work like that (with a few exceptions perhaps).
Our biggest threats are from ideology rather than the method of governing. The methodology becomes a problem as a result.
This legislation does a lot more to stop abuse than it does to create potential abuses.
The best way to prevent tyranny is to exercise our freedoms without abusing them.
