The Niagra paper is itself a blog? But doesn't the complainant in this thread (the congressman) complain that Talon News is a blog and therefore unworthy?

Is www.niagrafallsreporter.com the paper in question? If so, looks like a weekly something at any rate. And pretty small beer. How is Talon News less of a media outlet than this thing?
