The white House has been incredibly stupid if they have put a 'ringer' in the press pool.

There are lots of left wing operatives in the White House Press Corps, but so far, all of them do seem to have real paid syndicated columns, or real salaried employment with actual newspapers or broadcasters.

'Talon News' is no more entitled to a seat at the table than any other pajamadheen.

Actually, probably considerably less if he has faked his resume, his name, and his occupation.

This is CONFIRMED TO BE FALSE. I have an inside source at the Philly Daily News, he searched the archives and found NO such mention. So someone is lying!

Is that her correct spelling. I tried to do a google search on her and her plight and came up with the equivalent of crickets.

A&E's series "City Confidential" did a documentary on her case, and they admitted that she was an avowed "socialist"(i.e communist).

The Niagara Falls Reporter appears to be nothing more than a blog, although they claim to be the only locally-owned newspaper in Niagara Falls. So we should email Ms. Slaughter and ask why she is referencing a letter with a demonstratably false claim.

She must be describing the old media toads we see daily at the WH press briefings.
Bill Sammon, Deborah Orin, Byron York and the Foxsters are naturally excepted.
Does Ms Slaughter not realize that the citizens can actually watch the press briefings ?
Any one of us could predictably script the yada yada gotcha type questions asked by Terry Moran, John Roberts or David Gregory.
We would have trouble duplicating the pouting sighs, the eye rolling and sneers, however.
Jeff Gannon was a breath of fresh air and honesty.
We need more Jeff Gannons, not less.
