To append to my previous post, it seems to me that most people just want the existing laws enforced. The biggest question I have, regardless of whether it is about the Bush plan or the Tancredo plan or whatever plan is this: If the will is not there to enforce the existing laws, how will passing more laws help?
Agree. If the will is not there to enforce current laws, what makes us think that new laws will be enforced any more rigorously?
