Even if the tags were updated, from the sound of this guy, it appears he would have taken the dog anyway.
And the shelter wouldn't have euthanized the dog if they were aware it was reported and family members were searching for it.
Sorry A** lawyer ought to be strung up!

This was on DON & ROMA this Am WLS Chicago 890. It was about five to one in favor of sending the dog back. Don sided with the lawyer.
Maybe the little boy's father irked the lawyer off to the point that he's now he obstinate about the whole thing.
I wonder if he goes to bed at night with a clear conscience?
