To: Who dat?

I would contend that 1) any pain experienced by the lobster/fish/worm during boiling/catching/killing IS necessary and 2) there is nothing to be gained by worrying about it.

While, simultaneously, there IS something to be gained by NOT worrying about it - mainly food.

I hope you don't hunt. Your position only gives ammo to the animal-rights extremists.

Also, you should seek help for your narcisissm.

You don't get it - the ultimate goal of the animal-rights extremists is to put forth the position that ALL pain is unneccessary, since they believe that we don't HAVE to eat animals.

Keeping the animals from suffering is more to benefit our OWN psyche and societal interactions, since whether or not the animal suffered becomes less relevant to the animal once it is inside your belly.
