It's a leftie flick on the evils of mass production and technology. Francis Ford Coppola production. The footage is excellent; the music is haunting. I had the soundtrack; used to play it Halloween eve. It *really* *really* scared trick or treaters, so I stopped playing it on Hallow's Eve. It was better than any "spooky" for sale sound track I've ever heard. Heads up, it will depress you, the second half of the film. It's intended to. But the footage.. Mmm! Koyanisqastsi: Life Out of Balance (Navajo). I figured this flick was the source/inspiration for Al Gore's campaign theme and book title.
