Because of the attention being paid to me I find it is no longer possible to effectively be a reporter for Talon News. In consideration of the welfare of me and my family I have decided to return to private life.

Verrrrrrrrrrry interesting... This is fun watching the moles run around waving their arms trying to distract from what is going on here. DU/Lefty Stormtroopers/Clintonista's, and some resident F/R's who trying to destroy Jeff Gannon with a red herring QUOTE. The story is a) what was really said by Jeff, not Rush, (ie Hillary being divorced from reality), the acknowledgedement of his legitimate portrayal of the leftie view of the economy v social security, and b)the gestapo tactics being used to intimidate him... which is apparently fine because it gives the above stated group of fruitloops to pile on with their own grievances.

It's the liberal two - step. It is a concerted dance, and the lefties have alerted all media arms to crush him, and blame Bush policies for it.

And this guy's posting patterns don't fit that profile - and trust me, I've studied a ton of them. I may be wrong - but he WAS right about the "soup line" quote being bogus. And lumping O'Reilly and Armstrong into the wronged? Puh-leeze. Both screwed up big-time. I'm really not that familiar with the accounts of what happened to the others, so I can't compare them. But sometimes our guys screw up and it isn't a liberal conspiracy.

Jeff Gannon's journalism is every bit as valid as anyone in that white House press corps. I have watched press briefings and news conferences for years. They are a bunch of poseurs and Rat shills.

Given that he's probably gotten some pretty serious threats, and his home address was posted on one of the links previously on the thread, if Jeff Gannon is using a fake name, that might be pretty smart on his part.

It's interesting the left don't care that Peter Jennings doesn't even have a high school diploma, but have vapors because Gannon can't or won't confirm his journalistic credentials.

Heck, half of the freepers on this thread could be journalists and I'll bet none of them have a journalistic background either.

How is a truth a smear? We don't know the truth about O'Reilly, but he did settle. Armstrong did take money from the Bush Admin for promoting views, and I think that compromised him as a commentator.

Well, how do we know who you are? How do we know anyone's real motivations? I'm going to assume you don't want to go the moonbat route and if I were to say that the White House would not underwrite an amateurish operation like Talon News to promote itself, that would be enough proof.
