I don't know what the deal is, but this story was first posted on FR at least a year ago, maybe longer. I'm beginning to wonder if it's another urban legend?
No, it's a true story. It was even carried by the NY Times about a year ago, it's now in their archives. Of course, none of the hundreds of stories mention the fact that he's a DEMOCRAT.

Indecent exposure charges were just filed against him. He is guilty of felonies and he is about to pay the piper... or pumper.
No urban legend. I know the judge and the cops who got him. The story's real.
