It's just a function of google adwords.

'Palestenians for sale' has a link to ebay.com, I think. Basically, it's a shorthand way to say 'search for stuff related to 'Palestenians' on ebay. Or other place like that.

People bid on keywords (Israel, Palestine, Palestenian, Abbas) and then based on the searches that people make (or perhaps the content of a site), the appropriate ads appear.

So if you go to google.com and look up 'Batman,' there will be a number of batman and batman-related words in the ads on the sidebar.

If you go to a site that has google ads (maybe gets paid for them) that has to do with 'batman,' you might encounter the same ads.

This is a function of what advertisers are doing, pretty much. Whether it is effective or not, the folks who buy the keywords will find out.

You don't understand how the context-sensitive ad system works.

Depending upon what is on the page, the Google AdWords campaign puts ads that have keywords associated with it.

As for someone trying to sell "Palestinian" on ebay, it may be a simple association to items made by Palestinians and the English is a bit rough.
