I believe we need a mass amount of immigrants in order for this country to further compete with the large population emerging powers like India, China, and to a lesser extent the EU. We need to do a better job to encourage the brain dump from to America which has slowed down since 9/11. We need assimilation laws that makes everyone learn English and make every government document including ballots to be in English.

But on top of that we need to be able to control and engineer the types of people that are coming into this country.
