Anyone know if our dear state AG, Eliot Spitzer, has commented on this? Or is he still AWOL when it comes to this subject?
Spitzer, to the best of my knowledge, has taken a variant of the Bloomberg position, i.e. supporting the city's decision to appeal this decision, while professing public support for extending the legal sanction of civil matrimony to homosexual and lesbian couples.
