TV: The Twilight Zone (the original, not Speilberg's lame remake during the 80s), The Outer Limits, One Step Beyond and "In Search of" (although it was more of a documentary show with a lot of science fiction topics).
Movies: The Time Machine, Soylent Green, Logan's Run, the Hidden and Alien were very enjoyable!
