Several years back, the guy that works closest with me at work comes in and says he heard a guy on the radio last night that was a waiter and that he was saying that you should always tip your server 30-40% and anyone who didn't was a cheapskate. He goes on and on about how mad he and his wife were listening to this. That they aren't cheap, blah, blah balh.

Finally I call over a guy who I know listens to Phil Hendrie all the time and ask my co-worker (cellmate is more like it) to repeat the story. We both bust up laughing.

I say, "did you notice that the host and his guest never once talked over each other?"

He gives the "Ahhh, huh?" Took me several minutes to convince him he had been duped.

And yes, although my coworker has a heart of gold, he is naive as heck and is thus a rat, because his daddy was a rat.
