I just saw the official site's Trailer and in no way does this movie EVEN HINT in it's DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING that Maggie ends up in a coma.

Or is Euthanised.

Excellent point.

There is something demented in Hollywierd that they would set up an audience for an uplifting film about a boxer and then pull the plug on the audience's emotions.

Wouldn't that be evidence that euthanasia is not a central theme but just a part of the overall story? And not a central part at that?
