"At this point, the lowest common denominator believes in dying if they aren't having enough fun. They pander to that in this movie--'cuz that's what movies are: Pandering to the lowest common denominator.

I hold that belief deeply..... LOL!"

Thou shalt kneel to the altar of sacred Hollywood....with all the other mind-numbed lemmings. Puleese...:-D

But yes, let's re-examine that ridiculous 'female boxing' premise to begin with... that sets up the story about chick who gets knocked on her arse so hard, she gets paralyzed. Which leads to a "compassionate" Harry Callahan...er...I mean Clint Eastwood, who "helps" her invalidate her life.

The "feel good" movie of the year no doubt.

Where was this movie advertised as a feel good movie. I do have to ask, why do you go to a thread about movies if you have such a loathing for movies? Also why are you so interested in bashing a movie you have seen? Most who have actually seen it seem to like it. It seems like you should at the very least watch a movie before bashing it for the way it handles a situation. You are taking someone elses word about a movie, and the majority of people disagree with that.

Again, not propaganda, and not a euthanasia film.
