The Hadiths are legal rulings based on the Koran. In any case - Islam like some Protestants value the written book as the chief statement of their faith over the traditions and stories of Saints and such.

Thus Protestant Sola Scriptura is in line with Islamic theology.

Sorry, that is wrong. They are simply what Mohammed has stated and done and have nothing to do with the Koran itself. Let me quote the Muslims directly:
