You are a real fan if you supported a team that wore this helmet. Did he have a nickname, like "Bruce the Pirate" did at Tampa Bay?

I wish the Patriots would go back to the old uniforms, the new ones look ridiculous. Unfortunately, now that they've won 3 SBs with them, they probably won't go back.

Yup! Pat Patriot was his name. Some say he still lives on.

A longtime Patriots fan but I have no nostalgia for the old helmets and the "Pat the Patriot" logo. Brings back a lot of bad memories of 3-13 teams, Schaefer stadium, blacked-out home games and electrocuted coaches and fans.
